Shala has stressed that it is working on improving legal infrastructure by making concrete offers to bring large companies to invest their capital in Kosovo.
Vushtrri Mayor Xhafer Tahiri said this is the biggest investment in Vushtrri, considering it an extraordinary opportunity for businesses, the MTI reports.
