Brazil's defender joins Los Blankos after the club met its 50m-euro purchase clause in its contract with the Portuguese club.
“Real Madrid C.F. and FC Porto have reached an agreement on the transfer of Eder Militao,” wrote in the Spanish club report. “It will stay in the club for the next six seasons by June 30th 2025”, Periscope follows.
The Militao purchase clause of 50m euros would have increased 25 per cent to 75m euros on 15 July, so Reali wanted this deal to be made as soon as possible.
The 21-year-old has made impressive presentations in his first season in Europe, while playing 34 times this season.
