A secret military technique is said to help you fall asleep in just two minutes has recently been discovered.
This trick is said to be used by the U.S. Army to help them fall asleep when in situations that are less than peaceful, such as battlefields.
Here's how you do it:
Relax your muscles in your face, including your tongue, jaw and muscles around your eyes
Expand your shoulders as long as you can, the movement followed by the upper and lower arm from side to side
Release your breath, relaxing your breasts
You then have to spend 10 seconds trying to keep your mind off bad thoughts.
