Analyst Shkelzen Maliqi writes that Haradinaj is holding the process hostage, which is designed to bring what he says motivates him to keep the tax at any cost -- that is, recognition of Kosovo.
In a report to the FB, Maliqi says we should remind Haradinaj that the US is not asking for the removal of the tax, but only its suspension”.
Here's Maliqi's full post in FBR:
Why is Prime Minister Haradinaj insisting on refusing to suspend the tax?
Maybe we should remind her once again that the U.S. is not constantly asking for the removal of the tax, but the suspension or temporary suspension of it for a few months, so that the way to continue negotiations on Kosovo's binding agreement on Serbia, aimed at recognizing and praising, so Serbia's recognition of Kosovo's sovereignty, could be that Haradinou has as a condition for removing tax. Why doesn't the Prime Minister have patience for three or four months while it's before he can extend the dialogue? Because, finally, if the goal is not achieved and Serbia refuses to recognise Kosovo, the tax will return with automation. That's also the meaning of P EZULTATION. Is it really that hard to understand what the United States and the EU are looking for? So it's legal to ask the question: Why does the prime minister hold back the process which is even designed to bring exactly what he says motivates him to keep the tax at all costs?
