Kusari Lil: The whole world lit candles for 50 souls killed in glass and we're not, we're cowards.

Kosovo Assembly MP Mimoza Kusari '% Lila has criticised over the symbolic failure to respond to the tragedy in New Zealand.

She says we did not light candles for 50 souls who were killed in the mosque, nor did we pray for them”.

Here's what she says on Facebook:

They were all terrified of the last terrorist attack on Christchurch in New Zealand. We condemned him with status in the FB, and thus closed us in Kosovo, the country that experienced genocide, terror and the state of 2 million people, of whom 1 million were refugees during the war.

As soon as I remember, I didn't light candles for these 50 souls who were killed in the mosque, thanking God in peace, praying for them, whether in the mosque or in the church.

The rest of the world did, Prime Minister Trudeau of Canada, former President Obama, Britain's Prime Minister, mayor of London, etc.

Did we fear that these innocent people, aged 3 to 71, were killed in the mosque? Did it not impress us that they were most Middle Eastern immigrants? Or did we not receive the message from someone of <x0 strong” that Kosovo should also pray, keep the prayer and say for them?

I'm ashamed today of how unidentified and cowardly we are. I fry today how quickly we have forgotten what it is like to be looking for freedom and how beautiful it is when someone opens the door and offers security.

I every day since this tragedy, this terrorist massacre, I pray not only for the soul of the slain, but for the living who have forgotten the value of life, the value of freedom and belonging to the victim, no matter whether they are Muslims, Christians, Jews, white, black, yellow or brown.
