He via a Facebook post, has announced that Arafat Abazaj was a refugee from Kosovo, who after 20 years of war bought the land and built and completed the new primary garden school in Bardhoc.
Shehu has indicated that Abazaj's only request was for the school to be named 27 March, the day she was expelled from Serbs.

Donations of gratitude to a school, a garden, an ambulance.
Today, on March 27, 2019, on the 20th anniversary of the start of Kosovo Albanians' mass escort to Kukes on March 27, 1999, a boy from Prizren's Poslich, Arafat Abazaj, the owner of the construction company Abazaj, who was then 18 years old and now 38, is grateful for the hospitality of my village of Bardhoc of Kukes. Donations, not usual, but a school with a quarter and an ambulance.
Arafat Abazaj did what no Cuban businessman for any village of Kukes has ever done in three decades of communistism.
Arafat bought the land and built it and completed primary school and new garden in Bardhoc.
Of course it was one of the most exciting days in terms of the gratitude and thanks of Kosovo Albanians to those in Albania.
It's the first gesture so noble and noble, a gesture that our states don't make, but it made a former degenited Serbian mother. The former refugee wants to call it this way, a boy who has been descripted on March 27th 1999 and presented at the Hawzi Nela High School on March 28th to continue his intermediate education in Kosovo by the Serbian government.
To appreciate the gift to a school! This is a big deal, it's the most beautiful gift ever given to any Albanian village in Kosovo.
Aravat Abazaj as Albanian in the Prizren region is a stereo in Bardhoc, in my neighborhood of Shahe at Rizan and Osman Shahu. He had come to this party with his whole family today. His father, Bardhoc's grandson Nazmi Abazaj, had also arrived.
But the head of the Kukes Union Shehu hosted more than that in Bardhoc today at a ceremony valued with great participation. After his babe Nazmiun was accompanied by Mr. Mayor of Prizren. Mytaher Haskuka, even Kosovo Parliamentary MP Mr. Mr. Hadzi Avdyli, even the deputy and head of the media commission, ma'am. Albana Vokshi also the Zhur authorities, the mayor of Possish, and the mayor of the Cookes district and the director of education, and many other personalities, and had given the locals the importance of this great event as it really was.
That's enough for today's news, my friends, to tell you that I experienced a special joy, I saw the great family's appreciation show of Arafat Abbas from Prizren for Kukes, for my village of Bardhoc. I saw an early project of the former Chairman of the Thurman Demaj municipality, the project that had remained in waiting for the Tyranne government's mercy but that carried out the Bardoc's cistern, Arafat Abbasaj.
Smallties of great love, a gift that will remain forever.
The donor had only one request. This school is called: March 27th school. In memory of what should never be forgotten.
