It was a pleasure to welcome Qatar's ambassador to Tirana, non-resident in the Republic of Kosovo to my office today. Ali Bean Hamad Al Marqui. With the ambassador we discussed deepening co-operation and launching a new economic chapter between Kosovo and Qatar. The ambassador was impressed with Kosovo's development, stressing that his state will continue to support the Republic of Kosovo. Mr. Al Marki and I announced with conditions Kosovo offers in the field of foreign investment and explained to him the Strategic Investment Law, guaranteeing that any potential investor intended to invest in Kosovo will be treated with this law offering extraordinary facilities”, Shala has said.
