Jasharaj ʹ directors of education: Stop the race who's in favor of Minister Bytyqi, don't replace hours

Despite the warning of the United Education Union that the compensation of hours lost during the strike will not be made, despite the decision issued by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, two schools one in Istog and one in Mitrovica have held lessons today on weekends. For this matter Periscope has spoken [...]
This morning, school coordinator “Fan Noli” in the village of Dobrusa of the Istog municipality announced that the school will be taught.
He published several photographs of the students until he announced that they are the only school in Istog to be teaching today.
With that, this school did not wait for the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina, which is considering the education, science and Technology Ministry's decision to compensate for lost hours.
But, “Fan Noli” wasn't the only school that ignored SBASK' and learned today.
The same was done in Mitrovica.
The school principal called on the students to go to school today on a regular Monday night, with the goal of carrying out the August issue.
Keeping hours individually from schools is strongly opposed by the United Education Union.
The president of the SBASK, Nundman Jasharaj, in a statement giving Periscop said that the directors should stop competing about who's joining the minister of education.
He further says their attitude remains the same hours will not be compensated until a decision by the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
According to our reports in most municipalities, it was not worked in schools, except here and there any school that worked with a very small number of students and educators. The SBASK's position remains the same and the decision of the Steering Council is respected so that the lost hours will not be compensated, at least until the Court makes a decision. I'm saying, both the Ministry and the Education Directors should wait until the decision is made, and then we all act in harmony with that decision. It's not good that there's pressure going on, that's where it's starting to look like it's kept these hours. But classes should be maintained properly, not on foot. So I'm saying 99 percent of educational institutions have respected the Steering Council's decision, it's tried to hold an hour or two, but that's worse”, Jasharaj said of Periscope.
On the other hand, he has said he expects the Court to decide in their favour.
That's because the Greek Law forbids compensation for lost hours.
I'm saying August and the educational directors should stop this pressure they're doing. The court does not act against the law because it conflicts with the laws that are in force. I'm saying the SBASKI Steering Council is interested in the court's decision being meritive and the school's working”, he added.
Yasharaj accuses MANTA of not co-operating enough with the SBASK in order not to harm teachers' pupils from these confusions.
We have no misunderstanding or crash. The crash created them. After the strike, Minister Bytyqi had to invite us to talk together so that we can continue our cooperation. AugustA did not do so and ruled to compensate for lost hours, a decision that is not based on any law. The blame is not at SBASKU but at the State, which has such an approach and the educational directorates that are competing for who is taking greater advantage of the minister by putting pressure on school principals and teachers to hold these hours. We do as teachers say”, Jasharaj said away.
After three weeks, the SBASKU had interrupted the strike following the offer it received from the Haradinaj government for boosting the teacher's salary co-worker.
After that, SETimes had made a decision that forced schools to compensate for lost hours during the strike, during weekends, and during spring and summer vacations.
This was fundamentally opposed by teachers and SBASKU, who had demanded that the Law on Grava be respected, which does not allow the compensation of these hours. / P ERISCOPIA
