A study by the University of San Francisco found that if you have sex at least once a week, you can protect yourself DNA. They say that studies show that sex certainly has many health benefits. Stress relief, improved sleep, reduced blood pressure, and increased immunity are some of them.
However, these are not the only benefits.
This can cause you to live longer and long to maintain the coolness of youth. Researchers examined the sex life of 129 mothers for a week, which offered a daily report including conflict, privacy, satisfaction, and so forth.
According to reports, it was noted that mothers who had active sex at least once a week had more telomers on DNA structure and components responsible for aging cells than other women.
