Haradinaj has said that today in this session he is urging MPs to express their positions.
According to him, Parliament has been given the opportunity to preserve Kosovo on February 17th.
“Kisa asked the subjects to express their positions after being given the possibility of the Parliament preserving Kosovo on February 17th.
