There is a doubt that, in 2015 and 2016, in the region of Gjilan and Kamenica, suspect A. While he was employed in the international organization, NHCR office in Gjilan, with the aim of illegal property gains, has consistently exceeded its official competencies, so that by using his official duty, as a worker in this organisation, he has contacted persons who have the status “Povratnica, assuring them that he has ties to the organisation and promised to construction of various housing and auto division for agriculture”, the communiqué reports.
