The deputy minister admits that the object belongs to her family.
Although she denies that she has used her position to issue construction permits.
And the owner of this facility, Berat Bakija, has told television that all the information in this case should be obtained in the Gjakova municipality.
T7 has learned that in terms of issuing permission for this facility, it is being investigated.
This has been confirmed by the Gjakova Foundation Attorney.
And the municipality in this city acknowledges that the process of issuing permission for construction of the facility is under investigation.
While adding that that country has previously been destined for greenery, but the construction of around it has changed the plan.
Despite the controversy surrounding this object, the work is continuing normally.
