We know some of these may be your favorites but you have to be careful because they make more sugar than chocolates! The normal last one has about 35 grams of sugar, about 7 teaspoons of sugar. Much more than you should get in one day. What would you do if you realized that your favorite food at the restaurant has double, triple or even four times as much concern? And we're not just talking about candy but these other foods:
