It turns out that the birth of many children can give you more than that.

Experts have found that the more children you have, the more you live, and their explanations seem very convincing.

A team of researchers studied a larger group of older Australians to find out how the absence or presence of children (and their number) affects women's life expectancy.

The study found that women who had more than 2 children were less at risk than those who had no children.

What, though, are the reasons for this fantastic maternal effect?

Professor Pablo Nepomnaschi, part of this study, mentions reasons why children are related to their mother's life span.

Mothers with many children in general receive more support from their friends and family, who positively affect their physical and emotional state.

“The largest support leads to an increase in the amount of metabolic energy that can be shared for maintenance of tissue, thus slowing the aging process”, he says.

Research conducted by an expert team by Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia, showed that families with 4 or more children receive the greatest pleasures of life.

Dr. Hartman is sure that this is all about increasing mutual support within the family and a peaceful psychological atmosphere.

The children are never upset, they have someone to play with, and they get independence pretty early”, says the doctor.
