European Commission Saves Serbia, Blocks Declarations Against It

Neither have they allowed a statement of the Regional Office for Youth Co-operation Board (RYCO), as Serbia's Government withdrew Civil Society member Milica Skilevic from the Board, failing the scheduled meeting to be held in Pristina last week.
Koha Ditore has secured communication between the Board and the Commissioner's Office for Enlargement, Johannes Hahn.
As an excuse for blocking the declaration, there is a lack of document regulating the Council of Adviser procedures and lack of consensus. But members of the Board have denied the Commission- given argument, criticising him for interfering with their work.
