Caring for a soft, smooth skin is very important for preventing aging, especially in efforts to fight wrinkles. Today, however, cosmetics or even pharmacies are found in various brands, and facial skin treatments do much better.
The following is a very simple and natural method of cleaning our skin through egg yellow. Eggs are an ideal way to get more protein and vitamins that the skin needs. The egg offers a broad but balanced spectrum of benefits such as proteins, fats, and nutrients. Egg yellows are among the few foods containing large amounts of vitamin D. Using the egg's yellow for the face helps to open ports by removing dirt and by giving the skin splendor and tenderness.
Beat an egg yellow, add a few drops of lemon juice to ward off the egg's scent, and apply it to your face. Keep the egg dry on your skin and then wash your face with warm water. Do this treatment for at least once a week.
If you have dry skin, combine in a small bowl of yellow and an egg, a spoon of honey, and some almond oil if you have it, otherwise you use olive oil. The egg's yellow is rich in vitamin A and protein that feeds the skin. Apply the mass to your face, and carry it for about 20 minutes, then wash it with warm water. Even this treatment can be prepared once or twice a week.
