Two recent women's health studies have shown that frequent consumption of sugars such as soft drinks and fluids cause premature death in women.
Associated Professor of Epidemiology and Population Health at Albert Einstein Medical College, Yasmin Mossavar Ryan said that studies indicate that there is a relationship between sugar and the risk of women dying.
The study, published in the magazine "Circulation" has been compared to women who drank sugar less than once a month, those who consumed these types twice a day had 63% increase in the risk of death.
These drinks in women cause cardiovascular disease, followed by cancer, mainly of colon and breast.
