Donkata Pajasitaj's family declared after the killer was sentenced to life in prison

The Foundation Court in Pec has sentenced Naser Pajazitay to life in prison for killing his cousin, Donjeta Pajaziaj. The decision was made after the subject was turned into retrial by the Court of Appeals.

This decision has been welcomed by Donjeta Pajaziaj's family. Her mother says from now on she will feel relieved.

“Rest is heavy. But after that court decision, we feel relieved. The court made a fair decision, and he has been sentenced as he deserved to”, says Donjeta Pajasitaj's mother.

Donita's brother, Your Honor, likewise says that the court's decision was correct. He says this decision had to be made earlier.

I'm feeling really good because I was sentenced to a person who did a job. When the court announced its first verdict, we had great suffering. Now the suffering after this new decision has become a little easier, Shkelqim Pajaziaj declared, follows Telegrafi.

The court to this new decision came after new evidence was presented that was missing earlier.

Naser Pajasitaj had earlier been acquitted of the murder, but the Court of Appeals had later returned the course for retrial.
