To maintain mental health and nerves, try to fulfill certain small daily goals.
Research the new business offerings, companies and send your résumé. That way you won't feel useless, but don't forget the relaxation.
The time you share for training and relaxation is very important and these are just some of the things that you can fulfill your day while you're unemployed.
Train
Train at least 30 minutes, because physical activity will help increase your productivity. Show yourself to work. You should spend more energy on this. Social networks, advertisement boards and personal contacts will only increase your chances of finding a new job.
Make Small Parks
Sit down, at least 15 minutes, and rest. Use only a brief pause each time you do something good for yourself.
Set Online Goals for Yourself
According to the latest research, the largest number of job offers are on the net. Set yourself the goal that has to do with contacting certain numbers of people every day, maybe increase your chances of finding jobs.
Learn Something New
Technology is changing and advancing, so it's important to learn and develop every day. Tell future employers that you are interested in developing and advancing.
Look how much you got that day.
Make your list of what you should do, while along with your job requirement, there may be training, reading a book, and meditation on that list.
