Diaspore and Strategic Investments Minister Dardan Gashi has been sentenced to 1700 euros in fines. Meanwhile, Minister of Trade and Industry Andrew Shala has been sentenced to 2400 euros in fines. Skyeraj's former leader, Sami Lushtaku, has been sentenced to 1700 euros in fines. With 1700 euros in fines, three other indictees -- Behar Ammerullahu, Fadil Demiri -- and Sheriff Krasniqi -- have been sentenced.
The prosecution against them was announced Friday at the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, the Malisheva branch, by the case judge, Njazi Morina. They have also been pronounced an additional punishment, the seizure of weapons with which they were committed criminal acts. They are obliged to pay their dues within the 15 days of their infirmity. Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Dardan Gashi, Minister of Trade and Industry Andrew Shala, former Skywright Mayor Sami Lushtaku and others, at the initial session held on February 27th, had pleaded guilty for shooting at Fatmir Limaj's office in Malishev.
After the indictment with the reconciliation of the parties was considered and read, all the accused had pleaded guilty.
Minister Shala had said he did not know that with such an act he was committing criminal acts, since, according to him, the weapon was gasy. Until, Lushtaku had initially said he would be protected in silence, after the pause he had admitted guilt, since he said he was doing so because of not extending this court process. The accused, Behar Ammerlah, Fadil Demiri and Sheriff Krasniqi, had also been admitted. Dardan Gashi's defender, lawyer Arian Koci, had said his client did not know that the use of gas weapons is not allowed.
He had said that his defenses are very sorry for what happened and that he has promised that he will no longer repeat such work.
The Act against Lushtaku, Gashi and Shala was set up after a video published in the media at the end of 2017.
This video involved the holiday Limaj had organised in Malisevo after the Constitutional Court in Pristina had issued a free trial against him in the case known as “MTPT”
In this video, there was Lushtaku, Gashi, and Shala shooting at the umbrella window where the festival was held.
In contrast, according to the indictment filed on May 16, 2018, defendants Dardan Gashi, Andrew Shala, Sami Lushtaku, Behar Ammerka, Fadil Demiri are charged that each of them has committed criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorised possession of weapons “by Article 374 par.1 of KPRK.
According to the indictment, accused Dardan Gashi is charged that by November 30th 2017 in the village of Banja in Malisheva, at a family party, without authorisation he has held arms and ammunition contrary to Article 4 par.1 under the money. 1,2 and 1.3 related to Article 17 par.1 of the Republic of Kosovo's arms law and which law-classified weapons are classified as forbidden firearms.
Always according to the indictment, the accused Gashi during the party had opened the umbrella window with gas-like “GAP” Cal. 9mm and a clip, accepted by accused Fadil Demiri, had shot into the air several times and such a weapon was seized and the same is found at the Malisheva Police Station.
For these actions, the prosecution charges Gashi with committing criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 374 par.1 of KPRK.
While accused Andrew Shala, the prosecution charges that by November 30th 2017 in the village of Banja in Malisheva, at a family party without authorisation, he has held arms and ammunition in opposition to Article 4 par.1 under the money. 1,2 and 1.3 related to Article 17 par.1 of the Republic of Kosovo's weapons law, which is classified as illegal firearms.
Always according to the prosecution, accused Shala is charged that during the family's party, after opening the window to the oda from Durim Limaj, with semiautomatic weapons accepted by the accused Sheriff Kastrati, he fired several times. This weapon was then seized and the same is found in the Malisheva Police Station.
In this case, according to the indictment, Andrew Shala has committed criminal work “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, ongoing, from Article 374, par. 1 connected to Article 81 of KPRK's.

This weapon is classified as a forbidden firearm, so the weapon with the maga has been seized and the same is found at the Malishev Police Station.

According to the indictment, during the family party, the weapon was used by accused Andrew Shala, shooting into the air. While, following the publication of video recording by KTV media, the interactive show, the weapon was found with a clip and the same was seized, and now it's at the Malishev Police Station.
