Sarri's team advanced in 20 minutes after playing through Gonzalo Higuiin, who was assisted by Azpilicueta.
In just seven minutes, former Arsenal player Chambers (27) equated the figures after a sleepy guest protection.
But that did not last long for locals, as Jorginho (31) with a beautiful goal sealed the final score of 1-2.
There was no change to the outcome until Fulham constantly sought the goal, but today Capa Arizbalaga was on a good day.
Chelsea now stands in sixth place with 56 points and a match less. In case of Brighton's victory, the Blues climb to fourth place. Fulham continues to be in place before last with 17 points.
The next game of the team led by Maurizio Sarri is played on March 10th at Istanbul Bridge from Wolves, and Parker's team travels to Leicester. /Periscopi/
