In its active form Vitamina D operates in many organs and organ systems, enabling very important processes for our organism. Being essential to health, lack of it can lead to serious health equipment causing the following problems:

 1. It affects the show of depression: The presence of social networks and digital communication platforms or services is directly affecting modern human isolation, which has already been converted into smartphones or computers by deprived not only of contact but also of nature. The lack of sun exposure, which is also the main source of vitamin D, directly affects brain non-oxygenization and may be the cause of problems with depression and seasonal effects. Since vitamin D facilitates the absorption of phosphates and calcium, its absence can lead to deformities of bone structures. But not only does it affect the appearance of osteoporosis, arthritis, and toe inflammation.
