These three Balkan states promise Serbia support in European integration

The leaders of four Balkan countries -- Serbia, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania -- in the Romanian capital last night have signed the Bucharest Declaration. With this statement, as media report from Belgrade, increased co-operation between these countries is confirmed, while the three European Union member states have promised Serbia support on its European integration path.
“We try to expand the EU in the countries of the region, while Romania in particular engages in accelerating the procedure when it comes to Serbia”, Romanian Prime Minister Dancila has said in this case.
The declaration envisions expanding co-operation in infrastructure and energy between these four countries.
Only Bulgaria, out of these four states, recognises Kosovo's independence.
Regarding Kosovo, Serbia considers Romania and Greece many allies.
