In this ministry's cabinet, 18 people are employed. This minister has said he will return an answer to the appointments this week.
But, the National Co-ordinator for State Reform, Besnik Tahiri, says he is unaware of such a government decision.
According to Tahiri, with the Law on Government to be processed in May, there will also be restrictions on the number of ministries, deputy ministers and advisers.
Criticising the government for large number of deputy ministers and political advisers, Visar Rushiti from Democracy Plus, says their appointment is being made to accommodate political militants.
In December last year, the government made a decision to increase the number of advisers for the prime minister, deputy prime ministers and ministers.
As long as the prime minister can appoint 24 advisers, 15 of them political and 9 of the communities, ministers can appoint as many as 6 advisers.
The minister's top political adviser has a monthly salary of 1050 euros.
