American ambassador's order: Investment Draws Them With a Mighty Rule of Law

The most powerful rule of the law, a more functional market economy as well as unhindered regional trade, make up Kosovo's path to attracting American investments and other foreign investments. These were the key conclusions of the United States Ambassador Philip S. Kosnets, with the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce [...]
Kosnet told the Board of Governors and Executive Director of the American Ode that the Embassy is happy to hear that its priorities for peace, justice and prosperity are also priorities of Kosovo citizens as well.
The ambassador stressed that the US “Embassy supports the American Ode in addressing upper issues, as well as cultivating cross-border co-operation with other American Odas in the Western Balkans”.
The president of the Board of American Governors, Ilir Ibrahimi, informed the ambassador of key board priorities, which include addressing issues related to political uncertainty, economic population, women's economic empowerment, measures to be taken to attract foreign investment, rule of law, corruption and the implementation of contracts.
The Executive Director of the American Ode, Arian Zeka, spoke about the organisation's activities aimed at addressing the above issues and improving Kosovo's prospects for more American investments.
Members of the Board of Governors introduced aspects they see as economic priorities for the country, stressing the need for more dialogue between the public and private sectors.
All summit participants concluded that all issues facing foreign investors and the private sector in general should be resolved through consistent dialogue between public and private sector representatives.
