Munter, who is currently head of the West West Institute, has said that he does not want to speculate on such an idea.
” Governments certainly decide for such a thing, but of course it is a sensitive issue and must make sure that not only governments support it but also be supported by all citizens. This is a very sensitive issue for which not only negotiating skills are needed, but also political courage” has said Munter for the south.
As for continuing Brussels' dialogue, Munter says the key to such a thing is for topics to be negotiated on the table, which are negotiable.
The American diplomat says dialogue should be seen as something from which both sides will win, not what will be lost.
Former US ambassador has also spoken of direct involvement of the US in Brussels' dialgoun, saying the White House supports Brussels' efforts to normalise the Pristina-Belgrade reports.
Munter, meanwhile, has warned that in the coming months, there will be several important meetings from which suggestions will arise that will be useful to the leaders and citizens of Kosovo and Serbia.
This warning of US involvement in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue comes after a short time since senior White House officials and State Deparment stayed in Kosovo with the goal of unlocking dialogue and called for tax removal.
That there will be several movements following months to unblock the Kosovo-Serbia situation has also warned Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq, in his Reuters interview./ Express/
