Albanians' apathy: A poor man lying down pisses off a man in the middle of the capital

A shameful picture is being circulated on the social networks of the Internet that depicts a man who is not able to identify his age and another middle age who pisses on him, writes Periscope.

It may be allude that the man lying down was poor and old, which would also make sense to the European Commission report of the months ago that brought Albania the view of poverty - stricken people.

Let us hope that we will never see such images again!
