High consumption of alcohol results in many serious diseases, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and cancer.

Breakfast with friends. One way to get away from alcohol.
Breath control. Before making a decision, take a second breath and let yourself make the right choice.
Believe yourself that you do not drink alcohol. Tell yourself constantly that you don't drink alcohol. By thinking about it and saying it often you get used to it and thus avoid alcohol. Fill the day with activities. If you feel upset during the day, then try to deal with something.
Wait 15 minutes. For the most part, the desire to drink is a moment, so wait 15 minutes and try to distract yourself.
