Police are investigating the case and there are still no official numbers of people killed, but from what is reported by foreign media reportedly 40 people killed and 20 injured by the attack.
Police spokesman has announced that, for this case, three men and one woman have been sent into custody, as well as that other persons may be involved in the case but that they are still at large.
Witnesses told local media that when the shooting occurred they ran to save their lives until they saw people bleeding near Al Noor Mosque.
Authorities in New Zealand have advised that all city mosques be closed until the next announcement. /Periscope/
