20 years ago, Serbian forces had originally fired guns at the direction of some 50 members of the Berisha family, and then the victims of the wounded were carried into a coffee shop where they had been shot with bombs to ensure that no one survives.
It all began when the houses of this family, which are not within 100 meters of the Suhareka police station, were to appear, the Serb paramilitaries, that some would kill on the doorstep and others would be expelled from their home, sending them to the coffee shop, where the massacre would occur.
Three family members have survived from this massacre, Vjollca Berisha, with his son, Gramoz and Shyhrete Berisha. These three during the transport of the victims to Prizren have jumped from the moving truck to safety. According to Vjollca Berisha's stories, others were alive but injured were in the truck.
Today at noon, Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj will pay tribute to the memorial plates for the victims of the Berisha family.
