Mars, 9950, as it was for the entire territory of Kosovo, that were killed and expelled hundreds of thousands of Albanians, the same bad luck conveyed to Krusha and Prizren. Four witnesses were heard only today in the Court, with four thrilling testimony to the killings and destruction of homes and property in Krusha the Great, the Minor, and in the surrounding Drini River. Serbia, Darko Tasic, is accused of war crimes; burning corpses and throwing them into the Drin River.

For an orange truck that was packed with bodies of people killed in mid-March 99 was being tried for war crimes, Serbian Darko Tasic, who prior to the Kosovo war explosion, was a neighbor of many who were executed those days, and of the living who are witnessing 20 years after the war.

Tasic, in March 1999 in Krusha, Prizren, is accused of taking part in burning corpses and throwing them into the Drin River. He is also accused of deliberately destroying property and confiscating the wealth of a Krusha family.

The Express newspaper has attended a court hearing at the Prizren Foundation Court, where only today four witnesses were heard who, in various forms, had been able to see the orange truck carrying corpses to land on the Drin River.

These evidence of this event is being given to witnesses who were then fleeing to save themselves and family members from execution.

Milazim Duraku, a resident of Krusha the Great, had managed to save his seven grandchildren from liquidations that Serb forces made to Albanian males.

Forced to hide at the height of his burning house with his seven grandsons, Duraku testified today about the horror he experienced. And to get out of that burned house, of course it was just a reason; to find bread and water.

20 years after that event, Milazim Duraku, under tears, testified to the killing of 47 members of his family, including his two brothers.

The morning of March 25, 99, in the Great Krusha, has been expelled from the mountains. On the mountain, we stayed until the morning of March 26th and then returned to the village. The village was completely burned”, the witness said, at the beginning of the testimony.

With families, women, and children, Duraku said that they decided to go to their home but that when they arrived, they saw the house burning. Having no place to stay, they found refuge with one of the brothers, who was not all built up.

There were 54 members. On Friday, Serbian police have come to the yard and, checking on all of us, caught my two brothers and two boys from the uncle”, the witness reported.

One of Milazim's brothers and one of my uncle's sons began to leave. The other brother and his uncle's other son stayed with family, the witness reported. These two, who stayed and did not leave, the witness said the police took them and sent them to the mosque and from there never returned.
My little brother and uncle's son were taken and taken to the mosque and never returned. And those other two who left, the older brother with the son of the uncle... and they never came back to <x1...

Seeing the situation, the witness said he took his seven grandchildren and placed them on the ceiling of his house, which was completely burned.

From that ceiling, where he has been hiding two days, he has been able to see the civilian population leaving, many women, people who were lined up in two and sent by Serb forces to that mosque where his family had been sent in advance.

On a Saturday day, the witness said he saw the orange truck, as described by “508%sin”.

The next day, on Saturday, after lunch, I got the noise of 508, the truck. It was full of corpses. Even on the cerada of the truck, the bodies have been folded”, testified to the horror he witnessed 20 years ago.

The corpse was the men's”, he said convinced, until he showed that truck came from the mountain.

Upon reaching an orange truck in the country, the witness said he was stopped near the house where he was hiding with his seven grandchildren, and stayed for an hour.

When he arrived at the house, before elementary school, he stopped and stayed about an hour and I saw this for the ceiling window. There were two cops in the truck, the passenger and the driver. I haven't seen your faces”, witness Milazim Duraku indicated.

The same truck, the witness showed that he saw it in two days after being forced out of his home ceiling with his grandchildren. The reason for his departure was that his seven grandchildren began to become sick because they had neither bread nor water.

I saw the orange camera again, I saw it when I got down two days from the ceiling, when it calmed down, everything that wasn't moving. Without bread and water, my grandchildren are sore. I'm out at 10 o'clock in the night, we've walked on the road that conditions between the Great and the Small Krushes, we've been walking through the mountain -- ”, the witness reminded the rescue moment from that danger zone.

Nipat, managed to send him separately to Albania, with the help of several Rogova residents. Milazim Duraku, however, remained in the Drin River area.

During this account of his experiences, the witness was overwhelmed with tears, since then, as he testified, he did not know where his children are and where his wife is.

I stayed in the Dri alone, and sat down with a little push. I cried two hours without stopping, I didn't know where my kids and my wife were. I was picked up by the spring, there was dusk, and I watched as I stopped a tractor that came out too, said the witness.

During the search for a rescue, the witness said he went to Krusha Minor. There he saw the orange truck, which was coming up with a black smoke and felt an unusual smell.
“The right wheel of the truck was inside the river, and the rest hung outside. The truck ceremony was covered, I couldn't exactly what was in the truck, but I saw the truck very clearly”, Duraku said.

From there, the witness said it took its way to Albania and did not return to Kosovo until after the war ended.

And in the area where there was an orange truck, he said he went after the war with a journalist from Finland.

“Gazetar has gone and has the photographer, the truck has been off the Drini River, has been empty”, the witness said.
The bodies that were carried in that truck, he said they were from the Great Krusha.

I apologize if I miss something, that 20 years of stress, that's where my brothers were killed. 46 of my cousins were killed. I never forgot this”, the witness said at the end of his testimony.

Other witnesses who witnessed today, Driton Hajdari, Mark, and Tome Prenkpalaj, have seen this orange truck.

Driton Hajdari, from Krusha e Vogel but now lives in New York, U.S.A., in March 99') was 16 years old, reports Express.

I also remember the bombings when they started on March 24, 99. As 16-year-old, of course I'm afraid, not just me, but all”, Hajdari said.

At the time of the bombing, the witness said that he and his family had stayed at home for 24 hours. Thinking that everything has ended, he recalls when Serb forces were later expelled from home and forced to take their way to the site called the Drini Coast.

On the Drin Coast, they went with tractors, and when they got there, the witness said he saw crowds of people going there, all women and children.

I don't know exactly, it was that day or the next when a truck came in and stopped at Drini's shore. There was also a Bager, and with it they tried to push the truck into the river. I've heard from others, because I've been small said that only one person has a day using that Bager, saying it's Darko Tasic”, the witness said.

He, however, had also known Darko Tasijh before the war broke out, since the two were in the same business; “we were working with trucks, with lar even Bageria”.

While they had seen the truck on the Drin Coast, the witness said he had heard gunshots, unspoiled, but can't remember which way those shots came from.

I've heard from other people, they say there were victims in the truck. They said that even the fire was fired on the truck, they got it back at”, the witness said.

Hajdari said there were people watching with dyke about what was going on in the truck.

And that same day, in the same spot, what happened in the orange truck, had been seen by witness Tome Prenkpalaj.

Drini Coast resident Prenkpalaj said he had taken his tractor to help women coming from the Great and the Small Krusha to take shelter somewhere.

As he was saving the women who had been expelled from Serb forces from their homes, and sending them for shelter to his home, he said he had seen with the dybby, an orange truck that came from the Great Krusha and entered the road that leads to the Drini River.

They've turned the curve into water. There's not a whole truck saw in the water, but a piece. Near the truck, Serb police and military forces have been in uniform. And with them, Keka and his son, this gentleman... I'm glad he's here, this one, Darko”, said the witness during his testimony, where he thought that with Darko and his father “Kenque” worked together before the war.

To push the truck into the river, the witness said that they had lit a tractor to drive the truck. However, according to the witness, the truck could not sink completely into the water, since the Drini River coast is large.

Before he got away from there, two Yugoslav flags were placed on the coast of”, he said.

For Darko's father, but also for Darko, the accused of war crimes, the witness said they were in friendship before the war. Together they had even swimed freely in the Drini River. But, as the witness said, the “s entrusted us with”.

I know my brother. The lands are behind us. We worked together. We left in the Dri together, we live together”, the witness said.

The other witness, who testified before the court today that Darko Tasic is being charged with war crimes, was also Mark Prancpalaj of March 24 and 25 of 2019, also from the country called the Drin Coast.

Having a home in this area and seeing that many have been expelled from the Great Krusha but also the Vogla, he had decided to come to his aid to take refuge.

Mark, testified that on March 25, 9950, he had arrived at his home, 90 members of the Shehu family of Krushha the Great.

“... we're out on tractors, we've taken them and we're in position in the villages. I've had close to 90 people, the entire Shehu” family, said the witness for the day when the expulsions of the Krusha village of Prizren began.

The orange truck was also seen by Mark Prenkpalaj. The two policemen who had seen the other witnesses had also seen them.
It was Saturday. An orange truck that led a nation “I've seen it. There were two cops there. When they're out of the nation, they've looked around. The orange truck was taken by the Drin River. Then they pushed him with a tractor. Fate just didn't want the truck to sink completely into river”, the witness showed.

But before they tried to get the truck into the Dri River, the witness indicated that those people threw a white powder on the truck and burned it.

I saw this event from 800 to a mile away. They can't see who's there and who's there. Two cops saw them. I don't even know how many people were in that truck”, confessed to the witness.

There, they stayed in shelter for almost five days, and for all those days, he showed that no one touched the truck. This place has been non-stop, s'e moved which”.

In March 1999, hundreds of civilian Albanians were killed, including them allegedly having children and elderly persons, the newspaper Express writes.

Darko Tasic, arrested in 2017 at the Kosovo border Serbia, in Brnjak, is accused of taking part in burning corpses and throwing them into the Drin River at the time they had started NATO's bombings in Kosovo.
