Howard X, from Hong Kong, organised a fake summit with the copycat of Trump, Russell White last week. Both were detained for questioning by Vietnamese police, who told them to interrupt political ridicule.
Howard X said officials told him his visa was invalid, but no further explanations were given.
“Satira is a powerful weapon against any dictatorship. They are afraid of some guys who look like real characters”, Howard X told reporters who wore a black suit and thick black glasses in Kim style.
He and White participated in a <x0missam” in Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, telling reporters that they have tried to resolve the North Korean nuclear issue.
“We are working towards peace. Through negotiations, with dialogue, we want to help, of course, North Korea”, White, dressed as Donald Trump, told reporters at the time.
“We hope he will give up all nuclear missiles and increase trade co-operation”, he said.
Both were arrested by police while conducting an interview for a television channel.
Vietnamese police were told to stop imitating them and that they should circulate only around the city with an previously approved and accompanied route, the AFP news agenda reports.
The real reason is that I was born with a face similar to that of Kim Jong, this is real crime”, Howard X said.
He added that he was being deported because the leader of North Korea had no sense of humor.
At the 2018 Winter Olympics in South Korea, he also kicked off after dancing in front of the North Korean fan team.
President Trump and Kim Jong will meet in Hanoi on 2728 February for talks that are expected to focus on ending the European nuclear programme.
Their first summit in Singapore did not have much results. The sides said they were committed to de-learisation, but were not told how this would be accomplished or verified. /tch/
