Because of the continued media interest in P.N.197/2018 subject, we announced that the Constitutional Court in Gjakova, the Malisheva branch, has scheduled the initial session to indictees E. S., D.G., etc., for criminal work of ownership, control or authorised possession of arms from Article 374 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
The hearing in question will be held on the day they eat it, February 11, 2019, at the Malisheva branch”, says the statement. Gjakova's prosecution had filed charges on May 16, 2018, for criminalisation of “ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”.
