Local Community Chairman Behar Begaj has decided tomorrow to be a day of mourning for this tragic case.
After the meeting held, BL Zur's chairmanship, in respect for the tragic case taken near the village of Zhur, where three of our co-placent Ramiz Sope 50, his son Behar Sope 24 and Lumbardh Sope 22 lost their lives on Sunday, the 2402.2019 Black Day in Jour. Well, it says on notice.
