The American administration has cancelled General Orr's visit from the National Guard of the state of Iouna, who is a partner of KSF and supports KSF training. It was 2012, when former Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga and former American Ambassador to Kosovo Christofer Dell had signed one Co-operation Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo and the United States of America, which was known as ʹ SOFA). The agreement signed on February 18, 2012, as it was announced at the time, defined the legal establishment of US military personnel and American citizens working in Kosovo, in programmes supporting joint security.
