Every time you have chest pain, especially if it's a severe pain, we immediately think of a heart attack.
Yet, fortunately, in most cases it is just a very sharp pain that has nothing to do with the condition of our heart, but it is called the predictation syndrome.
The heart attack syndrome is not serious and is a pain in the chest that, unlike a heart attack, does not affect other members and remains well limited to the front of the heart.
Usually the most affected are children, teenagers, and youths under 30 years of age. Science has not yet found an answer to this syndrome, but for the most part, it is something that tries to disappear completely with adulthood.
However, it is always good to take a look at the expert to exclude any other complications.
