The Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo allows for completion of the liquidation process for 14 Social Enterprises

12. Kosovo Control with headquarters on RR. Bill Clinton Pristina,
13. KB Museum-in-law in Museum,
14. NSh Partizan Babus with headquarters at Babush Ferizaj,

According to the report, the Kosovo Privatisation Agency, in accordance with the Law, has earlier submitted requests to the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo for approval of the Final Reports, and has subsequently granted permission to close the liquidation process for these NS, while the Special Chamber of the Supreme Court of Kosovo through these arrangements has approved these final reports and has given permission to close the liquidation process for the upper NBS.

As a result, following the recent DPSGSK ruling, the number of NSS, for which the liquidation process has so far been completed, has reached 31 NS.

At the same time, the Court has set a 21-day deadline for any eventual complaint against this ruling, and after this deadline is passed, the decision becomes all-powerful and reports of liquidation closure for this subject the Kosovo Privatisation Agency will send relevant institutions as envisioned by the AKP Law.

After the legal term of complaints has passed, Final Reports will be posted on the website by the Kosovo Privatisation Agency.
