The Messiah of January found former KLA commanders in The Hague to officially begin meeting with Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutor.
But while Rrustem Mustafa was alone with his lawyers, two days later, in the same car as Sami Lushtaku and his defence team, he was also chief of the Special Court Protection Office, Driton Lajci, reports KTV.
Lajci, who holds political position in Kosovo, in which he was appointed by the justice minister, was introduced along with defence at the facility where Lushtaku was questioned.
The office mandate, according to Lajci, is just co-ordination, but he couldn't give an answer when asked if he was in the office where Lushtaku was questioned, which he didn't deny during this interview.
On this issue, KTV has contacted lawyer Geoffrey Nice, but the same has declined to answer, as it has on yet another issue: the fact that his name is not yet on the list of defence attorneys.
However, the spicilised rooms have reasoned with the fact that attorney Nice is part of a tribunal with similar admission criteria.
For this release of the Specialised Prosecutor concerning Lajci, the spokesman for this institution, Christopher Bennett, has declined to respond with the reasoning that this hinders the investigation.
The statement for Leic, who was late adviser to Kadri Wessel, has refused to give even the spokeswoman of the specialised rooms.
