The mother of the 28-year-old singer, Vera Ora, has discovered that her daughter suffers from panic attacks after she was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005.
“Rita has rebelled a little, abandoning school for several weeks. The whole family still has anxieties about touching cancer. Rita has anxieties and sometimes panic attacks. Having a serious family illness gives you another prospect of life. Be grateful for every day. Money or status makes no difference to me. More important, health and family. I learned to give priority to these in difficult ways”, she said about the magazine “Style”.
Rita has also found that there has been therapy once a week.
I'm not afraid to admit I had therapy. I have someone I talk to once a week. People suffer from it in different ways, but for me it's more about thinking about long-term goals. I'm a real person of the moment, so if I have to do something there and then, I'll be fine. But if I think about it, then this is the moment when anxious thoughts start”, Rita Ora, says Time.net.
I get very nervous because I care too much. Sometimes I get nervous about recording a song in the studio. I'm still not ready to record this song or I don't think I can do that. So, I'm relieved that I have people around me who encourage me to do good”, concluded the 28-year-old singer, broadcast Inseder.
