After Periscop's report to Shefki Zogjani, who spent six years in custody without legal evidence, the Constitutional Court assigns the hearing to him

Following Periscop's report, for procrastination of the subject against Shefki Zogjani, 64, from Strua Kosovo's Harliaqi for 13 years, monitors of his case have confirmed that the Constitutional Court in Pristina has scheduled a hearing on him. Zogjan had been waiting for a new hearing since July 2017, after his case had been retriald by the Court of Appeals.
Periscop reported weeks ago in the case of a neurox0-second suicide case in murder” on which Shekfi Zogyan is charged. Three years have passed since the indictment was frozen against him. He has been in custody for six years without any legal evidence against him.
Until he was sentenced twice by the Constitutional Court in Pristina. All decisions against him had been rejected by the Court of Appeals, but the Constitutional Court had not scheduled any hearings until after the case was reported in Periscope.
