According to the court communiqué, it is suspected that during a raid by police officials, a total of 264,6 grams of marijuana-like narcotics has been found among minors.
With these actions the minor has committed criminal acts, unauthorized possession of narcotics, psychotrope or analogic substances from the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The judge of the preliminary procedure at the Department for Mitur, after reviewing the subject paperwork, has considered the legal conditions for the appointment of detention measures against minors to be met. The same day after maintaining the detention measure and being sentenced by the Gjilan Foundation Court, it has reiterated the same work”, said the communique. /Periscopi/
