Under these investigative actions this afternoon, IPK investigators arrested the fourth suspect in this case, Gazmend Halilaj, a lawyer, on suspicion that he committed criminal acts abuse of official duty, sexual abuse by misusing the official position or occupation and criminal acts of intimidation during criminal procedure under the Penal Code.
Given the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's decision, the suspects have been assigned the detention measure for 48 hours until the continuation of other procedures under the Penal Procedure Code.
