Hoxhaj: I am shocked by statements about Trepca, Kosovo's national resources will never be part of dialogue

Hoxhaj has expressed shock by this statement, while saying it is absolutely unacceptable for the EU to issue such reckless statements that harm the dialogue process with Serbia itself.

He stressed that Kosovo's national resources will never be part of the dialogue.
