The Federation of Kosovo Health Unions (FSSHK) is threatening “to” the people who want to get away from this union, telling them that in the case of leaving the union, they will remove the morning shutter they receive additionally, except for the basic salary, writes “Koha Ditore” today.
The FSSH leaders for this action are relying on Article 4 of the Kolective Sector Account, which says that beneficiaries of the benefits that come up with this agreement based on the Labour Law are all health workers, while the benefits of the agreements that are not part of the Labour Law only enjoy FSSHSK members.
This morning meal is not provided by the FSSHK, but by the Government, which provides 45 euros in salary to all medical staff for the afternoon bread.
Article 54 of the General Kolektive Treaty, the first paragraph, says that employees are provided compensation for food during work (eight hours) for days of presence at work. The value of compensation for spending food on the job for a day's work is two (2) euros, depending on circumstances and opportunities for concrete cases.
