Hamburgers, pizzas and sweets “are stealing from” in our lives

Eating a lot of burgers, pizzas, cookies and cookies can take a few years out of your life, new research says.

A study involving almost 45 thousand middle-aged people found that deaths from heart disease, cancer and other diseases were related to consumption of <x0).

These include French fries, white bread, ready foods, sausages, coffee cereals and gas drinks - so mainly any products involving an industrial procedure.

Sadly, these foods make up half the average British diet -- a percentage higher than any other European country -- and they are killing prematurely, scientists say. /Indesksonline/
