Halil Kastrati makes 17 households with housing for Independence, promises another 400 this year

The founder and chairman of the association, Halil Kastrati, expressed gratitude to all those donors who have contributed to this outcome and benefit Scamor families. In his view, the only purpose is to reach out to help the needy's last door.

While Environment and Spatial Planning Minister Fatmir Matosi praised Halil Kastrat, according to him it is both instruction and blessing for each of us.

For PDK deputy Mergim Lushtaku, the work and work of this association is causing many families to enjoy and make homes at these holiday days.

Benefiting families will be from eleven different cities, including Presevo, Skopje and Tirana.

Otherwise, the Balkan Living Association has so far built over four hundred homes for needy families.
