Color: The American president told Vucic about 100% of the tax, but he told Belgrade you shouldn't do propaganda against recognition of Kosovo and lobbies. I guess 90% is true. The whole problem is he's gonna put it in the UN. If he joins the UN, what does Serbia want to recognise?
