Institutions continue to take no action, either to make decisions on going to elections....
Institutions continue to take no action, either to make decisions about going to extraordinary elections or to find solutions to the functioning of those municipalities, Koha Ditore writes today.

Northern Mitrovica Mayor Goran Rakiq, Leposaviqi's Zoran Todiq, Zubin-Potok chairman Stevan Vulovic, as well as Zvecan chairman Vucina Jankoviq, declared his resignation on November 27th last year as a sign of dissatisfaction with the 100 per cent tax that the Kosovo government has imposed on products of origin from Serbia, as well as the arrests of Serbs suspected of Oliver Ivanovic's murder.
