Special Prosecutor Sylla Hoxha's prosecutor has demanded the release of police officer Dragisa Markovic, in the absence of relevant evidence.
I requested that the policeman who was at the scene be released without evidence. While Marko Rosic and Ndeljko Spasoyes and I have demanded that the detention continue for the other two, said prosecutor Hoxha.
The other two suspects, who will continue to remain in custody, are Marko Rosic, a member of the Kosovo Police, and Ndeljko Spasoy.
The three suspects were arrested during an operation conducted by Kosovo Special Forces in the early morning hours of November 23rd, while that day the police target was Milan Radojcic, considered by the most powerful of the North.
Radojcic, who is officially deputy chairman of the Republika Srpska List, is being sought as the prime suspect in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic in January 2018.
In January of this year, the Pristina Constitutional Court, at the request of the Special Prosecutor, has issued arrest warrants.
Radojciq, meanwhile, is being frequently exposed in Belgrade. He has met with Serbia's president, Alexander Vuciq, from whom they have asked Kosovo Serbs not to join the army. /Express/
