T, former head of a municipal public company in Mitrovica, after allegedly performing criminal work “Kuse of official position or authority” by Article 422, paragraph 1 of KPRK. At [...] request
According to the prosecution's request handed down to the court, there is doubt based since 2015-2018, on the quality of the chief executive of a public municipal company in Mitrovica, suspect S. T, exploiting his duty or official authority has exceeded his competencies and failed to fulfill his official duties, with the goal of benefiting wealth for himself or other persons, so that it has illegally benefited in the form of appetizers, for itself the amount of $33,337.00, meanwhile, for other workers (witnesses) worth up of 82,663,000.
With these actions, suspect S. T, allegedly caused damage to the regional municipal company a total value damage of 118,913.18, allegedly committed the criminal act of “Using official position or authority” by Article 422 paragraph 1 of KPRC.
The Mitrovica Foundation Court's preliminary procedure judge, at the session held Thursday on February 14th, has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Mitrovica, and has assigned suspects the detention measure of (1) month.
Foundation Prosecutor's spokesman in Mitrovica, Valon Preteni, had confirmed for Periscope that Tahiri has been detained at the order of the Prosecutor for 48 hours to a new extent for him.
